Auction Details
  • Auction items will be available onsite Saturday at The Ink House for attendees to browse.
  • Auction will open for bidding on Wednesday, February 21 at 10am.
  • Auction bidding will close on Saturday, February 24 at 8:30pm.
    • Auction winners will be sent an email confirmation and payment will be processed shortly after the auction closes. Purchases are non-refundable.
  • Don't want to watch your phone all night? You can set up automatic bidding and assign a max bid level for items you want!
  • Some items have been designated as “Buy Now” items. If you select to purchase that item at the “Buy Now” value, you will be the winner of that item and cannot be out-bid.
 
Auction Winners
PUBLIC BIDDING AUCTION WINNERS
  • Local pick-up or delivery (within 20 miles of the Ed/Glen area) can be arranged. Shipping is not available.
  • Casino Night Chairs will reach out to you via email or text (if phone number listed when you create a login) by Monday, February 26 to arrange pick-up or delivery (within 20 miles of the Ed/Glen area).
 
EVENT ATTENDEE AUCTION WINNERS
  • Our preference is that auction winners who attend the event take home items at the end of the night.
  • There will be a designated pick-up location at The Ink House where you can check-out with one of our volunteers and grab any item(s) you win.
  • Local pick-up or delivery (within 20 miles of the Ed/Glen area) can be arranged if you are unavailable to take items home with you, or if you leave before the auction ends. 
  • Casino Night Chairs will reach out to you via email or text (if phone number listed when you create a login) by Monday, February 26 to arrange pick-up or delivery (within 20 miles of the Ed/Glen area).
  • All bidding will take place online; no cash needed for the auction.

Online Auction Account: Create Your Login
To participate and bid in the Silent Auction, you will be required to create an account and include credit card information to have on-file.
  1. Go to the Auction site and click "Register for the auction". If you already have a login, you can select "Sign in".
    1. Utilizing the name/email your Casino Night Ticket was purchased under will help with any event, or post-event, communication.
  2. Please include your phone number when registering. This will ensure the event Chairs can contact you about any auction items you win (if you do not include your phone number, we will contact you via email).
  3. Once your account has been created and credit card information is on-file, you will be redirected to the Silent Auction site where you can preview items and begin bidding when the auction opens on Wednesday, February 21.
