Dear Community Partner, Junior Service Club of Edwardsville/ Glen Carbon invites you to sponsor our 2020 Deuces Wild Casino Night. The goal of this event is to raise funds to support JSC’s mission to make a difference in the communities of Edwardsville and Glen Carbon by enriching the lives of others. JSC is a 501(c) (3) philanthropic women’s organization that supports local organizations and provides assistance to families through various service projects, volunteerism, scholarships, and grants. Our 2019 Casino Night was a huge success raising over $33,000. A large portion of those proceeds went towards the Schoen Park Playground. With the help of the community and generous partners like you, past JSC fundraisers have supported hundreds of local organizations throughout the community such as the first Boundless Playground Project in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. The Project was solely funded & built by JSC plus an additional $5,000 was donated to Kelan’s Wheelchair Accessible Swing Project, which recently won the Governor’s Hometown Award. Donations in excess of $100,000 were made to worthy causes including Leon Corlew Spray and Play Park Playground, Watershed Nature Center to build Education Meadows and Got Your Six PTSD support dogs. The Deuces Wild Casino Night will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2020, at Gateway Center in Collinsville, IL with an estimated 300 people in attendance. The evening will consist of passed hors d'oeuvres, late night buffet, beer and wine bar, DJ and dancing, and both a live and silent auction. We invite you to contribute to the success of our event with a tax-deductible Sponsor donation*. Our valued Sponsors will be recognized prior to the event on our JSC social media sites which have a substantial reach throughout the community. Recognition and our appreciation will continue throughout the evening of the event as well. Attached are five suggested Sponsorship levels – High Roller, Ace, King, Queen and Jack. We are counting on the support and generosity of corporate and local business owners to partner with us so we can continue to give back to the community. A sponsorship form that includes a description of each sponsorship level is attached. Please see what level works best for you and join with us to make the JSC Deuces Wild Casino Night a success. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Leslie DeVary, Heather Gieseke, Stacy Holsapple and Sara Musch Junior Service Club of Edwardsville/ Glen Carbon- Casino Night Chairs *The amount of the contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of money (and the fair market value of property other than money) contributed over the value of goods or services provided by the organization. |
